By using Pollacle, you agree to use the platform responsibly, comply with applicable laws, and provide accurate information when creating, managing, or interacting with campaigns.

Campaigns and Fundraisers

Campaign creators are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information, images, descriptions, and other content they submit to Pollacle. Creators should not use the platform for fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or abusive purposes.

Campaign information may be reviewed for compliance with Pollacle guidelines. Pollacle reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or remove campaigns or content that violate these Terms or present a risk to users, partners, or the integrity of the platform.

Community Participation

Pollacle is designed to connect campaigns with people, organizations, and partners who may wish to provide support. Participation in any support opportunity is voluntary and may be subject to additional requirements or terms provided for that opportunity.

Third-Party Services

Pollacle may use third-party services for hosting, authentication, advertising, communications, security, analytics, and other platform functions. Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, eligibility requirements, and limitations.

No Guarantee of Support

Creating or displaying a campaign on Pollacle does not guarantee that a campaign will receive financial support, sponsorship, partnerships, traffic, or any particular outcome.

Platform Changes

Pollacle is evolving and may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, support opportunities, partnerships, or other aspects of the platform as the service develops.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Pollacle to engage in fraud, impersonation, harassment, unlawful activity, distribution of malicious software, abuse of platform functionality, or activity intended to manipulate campaign results or platform systems.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for evaluating campaigns and deciding whether to participate in any support opportunity. Pollacle does not independently guarantee the accuracy of every statement made by a campaign creator.

Limitation of Expectations

Pollacle is provided as a developing platform. While we work to maintain a reliable and secure service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every particular purpose.

Changes to These Terms

Pollacle may update these Terms as the platform, its features, partnerships, or applicable requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
