Pollacle respects your privacy and is committed to protecting information shared through our platform.

When supporters begin a survey, they may be asked to confirm that they are at least 18 years old and that their demographic and device data may be processed by third-party research networks, including CPX Research (Make Opinion GmbH), for survey qualification, fraud screening, and reward processing. Supporters may also be asked to review our survey partner terms before continuing.

Pollacle does not sell a fundraiser's personal data. We use supporter data only to operate the survey flow, verify eligibility, and generate survey credits that are applied to the fundraiser's balance. Fundraisers should understand that these credits are promotional credits generated through survey partner activity, not charitable donations.

We do not collect or store personally identifiable information inside the survey environment. Any data processed by research partners is handled according to their privacy policies and the applicable data protection laws.
